TIP
-Apply a small amount of Primer with an applicator brush or micro fibre tip onto lashes and wait for primer to dry.
-It is recommended not to use a cotton tip which can leave behind fibres and cause a chemical reaction with your adhesive.
-Avoid wiping primer onto skin.
