Noir Mascara is an oil-free, smudge-proof formula that contains keratin, a substance which strengthens natural lashes and restores frail and brittle lashes to optimal condition. Also containing Thuja orientalis, a clinically proven growth-promoting substance. It works to repair lash damage between extensions.
